The Joe Kalisz Agency is proud to sponsor healthy snacks for Mrs. Shields 2nd grade class at Central Elementary School. The goal of Ardie’s Pantry is to provide students in need or students who forgot snacks with healthy snack options during the school day so that they can focus on learning rather than their hunger.
In Michigan 1 in 6 children face hunger.* That is 378,040 children* in our state that have to question if they will have food available to them. At the Joe Kalisz Agency we want to help try and shrink that number. We currently are a sponsor of one classroom but our goal is to grow and sponsor more classrooms to help all of the students at Central Elementary School.
